Henderson Lafond is the Head of Legal Operations at Calm and an MPH candidate at Clemson University with a focus on perinatal and maternal health. After the stillbirth of her daughter Madison on October 17, 2015, she channeled her grief into action, founding Madison's Closet and dedicating herself to stillbirth prevention, fetal movement awareness, and birth outcome equity advocacy. Deeply inspired by ISA's work, Henderson is eager to contribute her personal experience and professional skills to help advance the organization's vital mission.
