The 2007 ISA conference held in Birmingham over three days was a great success. Congratulations to the 2007 Conference Committee and host organisations SANDS UK and Perinatal Institute for making it such a worthwhile event. Reports from the ISA 2007 Conference Scientific Stream
This workshop addressed the difficulties of providing a clear
definition for ‘stillbirth.’
The purpose of the workshop was to examine the strengths and
weaknesses of contemporary classification systems in the
consideration of how best to classify stillbirths to improve the
quality of information about the causes and associated factors for
stillbirth and to enhance comparisons across different regions.
